How long is the free early access?
We haven't set an end date. When we introduce payments, you'll get plenty of notice. Early users will always get the best deal.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. Everything is free right now — just sign up and start uploading your files.
What's the difference between Starter and Pro?
Same product, same features. Pro gives you unlimited orders, unlimited data history, and priority support.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data stays accessible for 30 days. You can export everything before that. After 30 days, we delete it.
Do you store my settlement files?
We process your files to extract the data we need, then store the structured data securely. Your files are never shared with anyone.
Will Secnd pay for itself?
Most sellers find overcharges worth 3–5x the subscription cost in their first month. If your platform overcharged you even once, Secnd has already paid for itself.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.
