Type a price and a cost. See what is left after fees, GST, RTOs and returns: on one order, and on a hundred.
Start from what customers paid. Take off the refunds for returns and RTOs, the marketplace's fees and shipping with the GST on them, and the TCS and TDS held back. That is what reaches your bank. Then take off what the goods cost you. SECND does this from your payment report for every order and adds it up by SKU.
The seller panel shows sales before anything is taken off. Returns and RTOs are refunded, commission, fixed fees and shipping are deducted with GST, and TCS and TDS are held back. Your settlement or payment report lists each of these for every order. SECND reads it and shows where the difference went. No. SECND never connects to your seller account. You download the reports from your panel and upload them yourself.
Yes. Amazon's transaction report covers both, and SECND reads FBA and Easy Ship orders from it. Amazon ad spend is not in that report, so Amazon profit is shown before ads.
