How do I crop a Flipkart label PDF?
Download the label and invoice PDF from Flipkart Seller Hub and drop it on this page. Choose 4 × 6 or A4, then download the cropped PDF. It works online in your browser; there is nothing to install and no account to make.
Is my label PDF uploaded anywhere?
No. The PDF is opened and cropped inside your browser, on your phone or computer. Labels carry your customers' names and addresses, so the file never leaves your device and we never see it.
Will the barcode still scan after cropping?
Flipkart stores its barcodes as small pictures. The cropper enlarges them pixel for pixel, so no bar is added, removed or moved, and they stay crisp instead of going soft when the label is scaled up. Print one label and scan it before you run a full batch on a new printer.
Can I crop Flipkart labels with the invoice?
Yes. Tick "Keep the invoices" and each invoice is kept on its own page after its label. On A4 sheets the invoices come after the label sheets, in the same order. Leave it unticked to print shipping labels only.
Can I crop Flipkart labels for A4 paper?
Yes. If you don't have a thermal printer, choose "A4 sheet, 4 labels". Each A4 page carries four labels, two across and two down, with faint lines down and across the middle to cut along. Print at 100%, not "fit to page", so the labels keep their size.
Which label sizes can it print?
Three choices. 4 × 6 inch for thermal printers, with the label scaled to fill the page. A4 for an ordinary printer, four labels to a sheet. Or the label's own size, if your label roll is a different size and you want the printer to scale it.
Can it sort Flipkart labels by SKU?
Yes. Labels are sorted by SKU and size by default, so you finish one product before starting the next. You can also sort by courier, or keep the order of the file.
How does it count orders with several items?
Flipkart prints one row per unit on the label. The pick list adds those rows up, so three rows of the same SKU show as 3 units.
Can I merge several label PDFs into one?
Yes. Drop several label PDFs together, or add them one after another. They are merged into one file, sorted the way you choose.
What is the pick list?
A count of what to pull off the shelf for the labels you added: units per SKU and size. You can download it as a CSV or print it as the first page of the label file.
Does it crop Meesho labels too?
Yes. The same tool crops Meesho labels, and you can drop Meesho and Flipkart files together.
