About SECND
SECND is built by a marketplace seller, for marketplace sellers. It reads the reports your marketplace already gives you and shows what you kept.

We sell on marketplaces ourselves. The panel showed our sales. The payment that reached the bank was much lower, and we couldn't see why.
The answer was in the reports every seller can download: the orders report and the payment report. Matching them by hand was so much work that most months it never happened.
SECND is that work, done every time. You give it the same two reports. It matches every order to its payment and shows you what is left.
We found each of them in our own reports. SECND now looks for them in yours.
Returns, fees, shipping and tax held back, on every single order. SECND shows the whole path from what customers paid to what reached your bank.
Once returns and fees were counted, some of them lost money. SECND works out the profit on every SKU.
SECND matches every order to its payment, and lists the ones still waiting with their age.
Shipping and return fees well above what the same product usually cost. On Flipkart, SECND flags return fees like these, with the order to raise. A flag is a question to ask, not proof of a mistake.

If days are missing from your uploads, SECND shows the gap. Amazon profit is shown before ads, because ad spend is not in the report.
