How to download the Meesho orders report
Orders › Download Orders Data in the Meesho Supplier Panel. A .csv file, up to 1 month in each.

Open Orders in the Supplier Panel.

Click Download Orders Data at the top.

Click Select Date Range.

Pick the first and last date of last month, for example 1 and 30 September.One file covers up to 1 month.

Click Export data.

Meesho makes the file in the background, which takes a little while. Then refresh the page.

Open Download Orders Data again. Under Exported files, click Download.
Orders_2026-09-01_2026-09-30_….csvA .csv file in your Downloads folder, with the dates you picked in its name.

How do I download the Meesho payment report?
In the Supplier Panel, open Payments, click Download at the top and choose Payments to Date. Pick Custom Date Range (or Last Payment, Previous Week or Previous Month), choose the dates and click Download. The file comes as a .zip with the Excel file inside (checked 9 October 2026).
How do I download Meesho orders data?
Open Orders, click Download Orders Data at the top, then Select Date Range. Pick the dates and click Export data. Meesho makes the file in the background: after a little while, refresh the page, open Download Orders Data again and click Download under Exported files. The file is a .csv.
Why doesn't the Meesho orders file download straight away?
Because Meesho makes it after you click Export data, and the panel says it might take some time. Refresh the page after a little while and open Download Orders Data again: the file is listed under Exported files, with a Download link.
Can I download more than one month at a time?
Not in one file. The orders export takes up to 1 month, and the payment download up to 31 days (checked 9 October 2026). For a longer period, download one file per month.
Should I unzip the Meesho payment file?
To read it yourself, yes: unzip it and open the Excel file inside. To upload it to SECND, no: upload the .zip as it is.
Where do I download Meesho tax invoices?
Not from Download Orders Data: the panel points you to the Download menu on Payments. On 9 October 2026 that menu had GST Report, Tax Invoice, Supplier Tax Invoice, Payments to Date and Outstanding Payments.
What is in the Meesho payment file?
On the “Order Payments” sheet, one row per order: the sale, the shipping charge, any return fees, TCS and TDS, adding up to the Final Settlement Amount. Ad spend is on the “Ads Cost” sheet. The Meesho seller charges guide on this site explains each column.
