How to download the Flipkart orders report
Reports Centre › Fulfilment Reports › Orders in Flipkart Seller Hub. An Excel file (.xlsx). You request it, then download it when it is ready.

In Seller Hub, go to Reports › Reports Centre.

Click the date box and pick last month from the monthly list.For other dates, use custom.

Flipkart prepares the file. Until it is ready, the status says In Progress, sometimes with an expected time.

How do I download the Flipkart settlement report?
In Seller Hub, go to Reports › Reports Centre and click Request New Report. Choose Payment Reports, then Request Report under Settled Transactions. Pick the dates, click Submit and open Requested. When the status says Generated, click Download. The file is an Excel file (.xlsx).
How do I download the Flipkart orders report?
Go to Reports › Reports Centre, click Request New Report and choose Fulfilment Reports. Under Orders, click Request Report, pick the dates and click Submit. Open Requested, and click Download when the status says Generated.
Why does my Flipkart report say In Progress?
Flipkart makes a requested report in the background. The Requested tab shows its status, sometimes with an expected time, and a Download link appears when the status changes to Generated. If it is still In Progress, come back to Requested later.
Last month isn't in the list. What do I do?
The date box has two tabs, monthly and custom. On 9 October 2026 the monthly list for Settled Transactions ended at August, while the one for Orders already had September. Use custom to pick the dates yourself, for example 1 to 30 September.
Which dates does the settlement report cover?
Flipkart describes Settled Transactions as “details of all transactions settled during a given date range”. So it lists what was settled on the dates you pick, and orders from the end of a month can appear in the next month's report.
Can I get settlements from older months?
On 9 October 2026, the Settled Transactions form said that transactions before April 2026 are available as Financial Reports, and Payment Reports also listed a Financial Year Report.
Why is the downloaded file called a long code?
Flipkart names the file with a code and a number, not with the report's name. Rename it when you save it, for example “Flipkart settlement Sep 2026.xlsx”, so you can tell your files apart.
What is in the Flipkart settlement report?
On the “Orders” sheet, one row per order item: the sale, your share of any offer, each Flipkart fee in its own column, the taxes and any refund, adding up to the Bank Settlement Value. Ads, fines and storage are on their own sheets. The Flipkart seller fees guide on this site explains each column.
