Which Meesho orders were never paid?
Every order is matched to every payment made for it. If one is still unpaid 21 days after delivery, it moves to Overdue. After 25 days it goes in the file for your “payment not received” ticket.

The ticket file lists each order's ID, SKU, dates, days unpaid and the payout to expect (an estimate, from what that product usually pays), as Excel or CSV. Meesho's 7 days: its supplier pricing page, checked October 2026.
Profit & Loss
What each Meesho order really made.
SECND reads every line of the payment file: the sale, the shipping charge, return shipping, TCS and TDS. Add what each product costs you once, and you see the profit on every SKU after returns and RTOs.
Returns
On Meesho an RTO carries no return fee, and a customer return carries a return shipping fee. SECND adds up what each return cost, and shows the products that come back most.

Every deduction, per order, against the month before. One that went up is marked.

Meesho shipping charges.
Meesho's payment file lists the shipping charge on every order, but not the parcel's weight or the zone it was charged for, so a single charge can't be checked against anything yet. What SECND shows today is shipping per order, month against month, so you see when it goes up.

How do I check that Meesho paid me for every order?
Download the orders file and the payment file from the Supplier Panel and upload both to SECND. It matches every order to the payments made for it and lists the ones with no payment, so you don't have to look each order up in the payment file by hand.
When does Meesho pay sellers?
Meesho says it pays 7 days after delivery, including cash-on-delivery orders (checked October 2026). SECND marks an order Overdue if it is still unpaid 21 days after delivery.
What should I do about an unpaid Meesho order?
Raise a “payment not received” ticket with Meesho. SECND's ticket file lists every order you kept that is still unpaid 25 days after delivery, with its order and item ID, SKU, dates, days unpaid and the payout to expect, as Excel or CSV. Attach it instead of copying orders out by hand.
Which Meesho files does SECND read?
The orders file (.csv, from Orders › Download Orders Data) and the payment file (.zip, from Payments › Download › Payments to Date). Upload the .zip as it is; SECND works out which file is which.
Does SECND need my Meesho login?
No. You download the two files yourself and upload them. SECND never logs in to your seller account.
Can SECND check Meesho's shipping charges?
Not yet. Meesho's payment file has the shipping charge on every order but not the parcel weight or the zone, so there is nothing to check a single charge against. SECND shows shipping per order, month against month, so you can see when it goes up. A shipping check for Meesho is being built.
How much does SECND cost?
It is free during early access, with no card needed. The plans are Starter at ₹699 a month and Pro at ₹1,999 a month.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. Download everything as CSV or Excel whenever you want, and delete it; the last backup copy is gone within 45 days.
