Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Secnd platform ("Service") operated by Secnd ("Company", "we", "us"). By using Secnd, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Secnd Does

Secnd is a financial analytics platform for e-commerce sellers operating on marketplaces like Flipkart, Meesho, and Amazon India. We help you analyze settlement reports, detect shipping overcharges, track profitability by SKU, and reconcile platform fees. We are not an accounting firm, tax advisor, or financial institution.

2. Your Account

You need an account to use Secnd. You can sign up with email/password or Google OAuth. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account per business — don't share accounts across multiple businesses.

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind the business you register to these Terms.

3. Your Data

You own your data. Settlement reports, order files, SKU information, and any other data you upload remains yours. We don't sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties.

By uploading data, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and analyze it solely to provide the Service to you. We may also use anonymized, aggregated data (never individual seller data) to improve our anomaly detection algorithms.

You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We'll delete it within 30 days, except where we're required by law to retain certain records.

4. Acceptable Use

Don't use Secnd to upload data that isn't yours, reverse-engineer our algorithms, attempt to access other sellers' data, use automated scraping tools against our platform, or engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Secnd is provided "as is." We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We'll try to notify you in advance of planned maintenance.

6. Accuracy of Analysis

Secnd analyzes the data you provide. Our overcharge detection, P&L calculations, and reconciliation outputs are based on the files you upload and the rules we've built. While we work hard to be accurate, we don't guarantee that every anomaly detected is a confirmed overcharge, or that our calculations will match your internal accounting exactly.

Secnd is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for professional financial or legal advice. Always verify significant findings before taking action with platforms.

7. Pricing & Payments

Secnd may offer free and paid tiers. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features will be clearly displayed before you subscribe. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes won't apply to your current billing cycle.

8. Intellectual Property

The Secnd platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and brand, belongs to Secnd. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Secnd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Secnd, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You can stop using Secnd and delete your account at any time. We may terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service (with 30 days' notice).

Upon termination, we'll delete your data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
